개인정보처리방침 / Privacy Policy

글틈마케팅(이하 ‘회사’)은 자사가 운영하는 유튜브 채널 관리를 위한 내부 도구 Eojjeoda Trot Uploader(이하 ‘도구’)를 사용하며, 이 방침은 도구가 다루는 정보를 설명합니다.

Gletum Marketing (“we”) operates Eojjeoda Trot Uploader (the “Tool”), an internal tool for managing YouTube channels that we own. This policy explains what data the Tool accesses and how it is handled.

1. YouTube API 서비스 이용 / Use of YouTube API Services

이 도구는 YouTube API 서비스를 사용합니다. 도구를 사용함으로써 YouTube 서비스 약관에 동의하게 되며, Google의 개인정보 처리는 Google 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.

The Tool uses YouTube API Services. By using the Tool you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

2. 접근하는 정보 / Data we access

회사 소유 유튜브 채널의 기본 정보(채널 ID, 채널명)
도구로 업로드한 동영상의 정보(동영상 ID, 제목, 설명, 태그, 공개 예약 시각)
해당 동영상의 성과 지표(조회수, 좋아요·댓글 수, 평균 시청 시간·비율, 구독자 증감, 예상 수익)
Google 로그인 인증 토큰(OAuth 토큰)

Basic information of our own channels (channel ID, channel title).
Metadata of videos uploaded through the Tool (video ID, title, description, tags, scheduled publish time).
Performance metrics of those videos (views, likes, comments, average view duration and percentage, subscribers gained, estimated revenue).
OAuth access/refresh tokens issued by Google.

도구는 시청자·구독자 등 제3자의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

The Tool does not collect personal information of viewers, subscribers or any other third party.

3. 이용 목적 / How we use it

자사 채널에 동영상을 업로드·예약하고, 성과를 분석해 콘텐츠 기획에 활용하는 목적으로만 사용합니다. 광고 타기팅, 판매, 다른 서비스로의 제공에는 사용하지 않습니다.

Data is used only to upload and schedule videos on our own channels and to analyze their performance for content planning. It is never sold, used for advertising targeting, or transferred to other services.

4. 저장·보관 / Storage and retention

모든 정보는 회사가 관리하는 운영 PC에만 저장되며 외부 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.
YouTube API로 받은 성과 데이터는 매일 새로 갱신하며, 30일 이상 갱신되지 않은 데이터는 삭제합니다.
채널 연결을 해제하면 저장된 인증 토큰과 관련 데이터를 즉시 삭제합니다.

All data is stored only on an operations computer controlled by Gletum Marketing and is not sent to any external server.
Metrics obtained from the YouTube API are refreshed daily; data not refreshed within 30 days is deleted.
When channel access is revoked, stored tokens and related data are deleted immediately.

5. 제3자 제공 / Sharing

법령에 따른 요청이 있는 경우를 제외하고 어떠한 정보도 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

We do not share any data with third parties, except where required by law.

6. 쿠키 / Cookies

도구는 쿠키나 유사 기술을 사용하지 않습니다.

The Tool does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies.

7. 접근 권한 철회 / Revoking access

Google 계정의 보안 설정 > 타사 액세스 권한에서 언제든지 도구의 접근 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다.

Access can be revoked at any time via the Google security settings page.

8. Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책 / Limited Use

Eojjeoda Trot Uploader’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
